November Cravings

November Cravings are here! This month, we’re loving the idea of louging with a hot tea or coffee in the morning and losing ourselves in the pages of a great home decor book. These are some of our favorites, including Jeffrey Bilhuber’s The Way Home, which we reviewed last month. The photos are beautifully done and all of the books below feature comfortable, lived in interiors that got our creativity flowing. All five books get our seal of approval. We hope you’ll sign up to win one!

The Way Home by Jeffrey Bilhuber

 Playful Home by Andrew Weaving

The Perfectly Imperfect Home by Deborah Needleman

Living With What You Love by Monica Rich Kosann

Stables: Beautiful Paddocks, Horse Barns and Tack Rooms by Kathryn Masson

Remember, if you haven’t won a Craving this year, you can still sign up again each month to be entered and every re-share or re-tweet counts as an extra entry. Scroll to the bottom of the Cravings page and enter your name and email. Good luck!

Big art really deiefns a room. That room by Miles Redd is in a house in Atlanta – I was able to see it in person, and it makes the room. I have a lot of small art – less than 30×30 – and a lot of big mirrors. Big art can be really expensive! I recently saw a painting that really spoke to me, but it was only 30×30 so I passed on it because I need to get something big for my next art purchase – I have two walls in the new house that really need big art.
