Sitting Pretty on the Patio
Happy Friday everyone! We are loving the fall-ish weather that swept across the Phoenix area last night. It left behind temps in the 70′s and perfect, turquoise blue skies. After months of triple digit days, waking up to 65 degrees felt downright chilly for us desert girls but, nothing beats having all the doors open and seeing the palm trees sway against Camelback Mountain. The promise of such beautiful patio weather is what keeps us going through the long summer and we Phoenicians love our patios. Here are a few seating options and arrangements that we think look great and provide functionality.
One of our favorites is this generously sized patio that features several seating groups to accommodate friends and family to gather.

Here are a pair of sweet rattan chairs with cozy pillows outside a master bedroom. We think these look ideal for lounging with a warm cup of tea or coffee in the morning!

A perennial favorite, bench seating is a little more intimate. We adore the bold black and white striping on this cushion contrasting with the weathered wood!

In addition to shamelessly bragging about our weather, we’ve been working on some fun new content for the blog and we thought, who better to ask than our faithful readers? Is there anything special you would like to see, read about or learn? Do you love a great before and after project? Are new products your thing? Would you like to see more posts about the latest and greatest trends in the world of interior design? Would you just like to see more posts each week?
Let us know in the comments or email us at hello at blueseeds.net!

Hi fellow BYW… I’ve been wanting to check out your site and blog because your store is fabulous!
I love this post about the patio and incorporating the timely weather topic. Great photos with details. I notice that you blog in the ‘we’. I’d love to learn more about that from you as a stylistic decision!
I’m possessed with patio living as a former Phoenician so I love this topic!
